A discovery session is a sample of what the beginning of coaching can be like. Feel free to describe your situation, what you might like to change about it, what you would like to achieve and what, according to your perception, is getting in the way. I will ask some clarifying questions, give some feedback and suggest how certain methods can help you move forward. Before the end of the session the aim will be to identify one thing you can start to do differently right now, however small. This session is also about us establishing rapport, and to enable me to pick up how serious you are about coaching and commitment to change.
You will also receive an email follow-up and sample coaching tool* .
Methods used: phone (I call you), Skype chat, Secure Chatzy chatroom (this last option requires a payment of £ 20.00 for set-up costs.)

What you get: my reasonable time for reading your emails, carefully considering what you say, sending replies as necessary containing powerful questions and other remarks and/or suggestions, selecting and sending you coaching tools as necessary (at least 2 tools)*. This is based upon an average of two detailed email exchanges per week plus extra short emails as necessary. Fees can be renegotiated if you require lots more email time due to a situation arising, or if you wish to upgrade to another package.

What you get: Four hours of telephone, Skype or chat sessions per month (divided into 60-minute and/or 90-minute sessions as required) plus unlimited email follow-up (subject to reasonable use) and at least three coaching tools per month. The 90-minute sessions can be used for deeper processes such as metaphoric coaching, to work on more than one key issue or to concentrate on one issue. Also includes up to 6 "emergency" 10-minute callbacks or secure chats that can be used for stress management, venting, listening, and using brief techniques to improve confidence, access inner resources, get in touch with your power, etc. before a crucial meeting, presentation or interview.
One month £ 250.00 (and free secure chatroom) | Two months £475.00 (and free secure chatroom) | Three months £ 525.00 (and free secure chatroom) Secure chatroom can be used to leave messages any time. An extra series of 10-minute "emergency" calls can be added at any time by paying a top-up fee.

This session can be taken as a one-off session (particularly if you have previous experience of metaphor work) or as a supplement to an ongoing coaching plan.
Fee £ 65.00 This fee may be adjusted if you are on a coaching plan and want to substitute a long metaphor session for one of your scheduled sessions.
Fee £ 45.00 or can be taken as part of a coaching package.
Intensive sessions may be used to work towards a breakthrough with a particular issue, to consider urgent plans, or to talk through the immediate options as part of crisis support. Intensive sessions may also be used for listening and counselling.
People on existing coaching plans with me, or past clients, can book an intensive session at any time.
Normally I would expect people wanting these sessions to have had some prior work with me, even if just by email. However I will consider people with experience of counselling, psychotherapy, coaching or inner work subject to interview by phone, chat or email.

This is a self-improvement programme that works on creating positive attitudes towards money on personal and global levels, and on attracting abundance into your life using energy therapy techniques. This is not financial advice of any kind, and is not a get rich quick scheme - I do not tell you what to do with your money. It requires no investment apart from the cost of the money coaching plan itself, which is an investment in your personal, psychological and spiritual growth.
Including EFR (Emotional Freedom Reiki), EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), distant Reiki. Energy techniques can be integrated with coaching as required - they can also be booked as separate programmes or sessions.
I realise that some people cannot afford full fees and that due to the economic situation, more and more people are facing financial pressures. At the same time, I must maintain a certain level of income in order to make my coaching practice viable.
Therefore I am offering a few concessionary places per month on my coaching plans, subject to availability. If I am booked up, I will have to ask you to wait until a place becomes free, or we can arrange low-priced coaching hours on an ad-hoc basis, when I happen to have an hour free.
My concessionary fee will be based on a rate of £ 30 per hour and applies to clients in the UK and Irish Republic only. I regret that I cannot reduce fees for people outside the UK and Ireland and for people in developing countries.
Free secure chatroom facilities cannot be given to concessionary clients, but a reduced fee of £ 12 for secure chatroom administration and setup will apply.

Does your web site say what you want it to say? Does it say all it can say and say it well? (You can have this even if you don't have a web site yet, or before you commission a new design!)
This is coaching for your web site! It is not search engine optimisation or keyword analysis. This focuses on the actual words used in your site. Web experts say "content is king". I interview you about what you do, who your customers are and what you would like to express in your site. This might involve asking you more about the values and purpose behind what you do, to help your site reflect your image or the mission of your business. I look at your website and make suggestions and recommendations about changing any mistakes, how you could say things differently, the tone of what you are saying, whether you are giving too much or too little information, what you might add, where to source articles to add to the value of your site (I can even source articles for you), whether your site has any features that distract or discourage visitors, and any other recommendations. If you have a lot of information on your site I might recommend dividing it into a number of specialist sites or subdomains. If you need a web designer, I can recommend one.
I see many sites that have a great design but that are let down by avoidable mistakes, bad English, inaccurate statements, embarrassing howlers, unnecessary distracting features, or lack of vital information. There are millions of sites out there - let yours speak eloquently to your prospects!
I use principles derived from NLP to fine-tune the wording in your site to convey your message clearly.
This service includes tips on how you can get your web site on the search engines very cheaply.
Design of simple logos, e-book covers, slogans etc. can be included.
If you haven't got a web site yet, I can work from our conversations and your draft materials or brochures, and hand my work over to a web designer who can design and host your site and do further work such as meta tags and keyword analysis. I will even proofread the web designer's work, so he/she can concentrate on the design!

these are leaflets, worksheets, plans, questionnaires, free e-books, inspirational readings, etc. sent either as a PDF or Word attachment or as a download link. If there is not a specific tool relevant to your exact issue, a more general tool may be sent. Tools may be by myself or by others. They are for your personal use only and not to be redistributed unless specific permission is given on the document itself. You don't have to use every tool you get right now - you can keep them and use them whenever you like.
